I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were fresh and perfect for unpacking and getting work done, although lacking air conditioning, the large French windows provided a cool breeze. The service was exceptional with a joy to deal with staff who were incredibly helpful. The location was superb, close to the center of Haarlem, making it easy to explore. Dining was a delight with tasty options to keep me going throughout the day. Overall, a great value for the money.

The rooms were very fresh and suitable for both unpacking and working. However, they could have been cleaner as sand was present on the floor when we arrived on Sunday night.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was superb, right in the center of Haarlem with great restaurants nearby, the rooms had some issues with outside noise and cleanliness.
